Keep the Transfer Window as it is

Keep the Transfer Window as it is
Mark Hughes had recently joined a number of managers in suggesting the transfer window needs a re-think. Maybe he wasn't thinking of a totally reversal of the current system, just an alteration?

36% think the transfer window should revert to being open all year round, 57% (I agree with you as this got my vote) say no whilst the final 7% prefer to sit on the fence.

So in summary
Yes - 36%
No - 57%
I'll sit on the fence…maybe! - 7%

Following sasman's article asking us to mention the names we see as the worst signings in the clubs history after taking into account some of the names mentioned the latest poll is asking, "Who was the worst signing?"

As for what you think, cast your vote and why not have your say on the latest polls findings…

People will argue otherwise but I believe the current transfer system is a good idea as it prevents the bigger teams just going out and buying player whenever they feel like it to help them in an hour of need. Sure when the window re-opens they just do this anyway but they have to wait. Those with smaller squads and injuries (such as Rovers) can suffer but most teams are in the same boat. Reserve and young players coming through the club systems are meant to get a chance as a result, if clubs opt against this it is their choice, if the players coming through aren't good enough re-thinks are needed on academy programmes.
