Lars Jacobsen.......Not!!!!!!!

Lars Jacobsen.......Not!!!!!!!
In the first edition of the 09/10 Hot or Not Segment, we put Lars Jacobsen, signed from Everton on a free transfer. Lars is a specialist right back who has featured in most of Blackburn's early campaign, however was dropped for the clash against Man U, with Chimbonda taking up the right back role....

For those who missed the vote, Hot or Not will be a weekly thread in the forums, where you get to decide, and explain, whether the signing is an absolute brillant piece of business, a big fail, you can sit on the fence...

The Votes are in, and it looks like VBERS have voted that Lars Jacobsen is not hot!

Hot 3 Votes - [33.33%]

Not 5 Votes - [55.56%]

Need more time to Decide 1 Votes - [11.11%]

Hopefully, Lars can prove his worth, it seems like its the small things in his game letting him down, not showing the winger the line, not having a strong presence....

Next under the hammer....

Pascal Chimbonda!!

I always wondered why Moyes didn't use him more regularly for Everton but it's clear he just wasn't good enough, he can be very good though on his day he just needs to be more consistent

I am suprised by this because bar the Chelsea game he has been largely effective. Maybe try this again after xmas and opinions may change?

IMO he is a solid RB and relistically we arent gonna get a world beater on a free but I think he is worth his place in the team and has been better than I expected after the not so positive reviews the Everton fans gave
