Santa Cruz Top Rovers Forward

Vital Blackburn's most recent Poll asked, "Forward of the Month for January?" We voted in favour of Roque Santa Cruz.

By a HUGE MARGAIN with 75% of the vote (not for the first time, and almost certainly not the last) Santa Cruz was voted the Rovers Forward or the Month for January.

Matt Derbyshire's 16% sees him finish as runner up to Santa Cruz, and as such he also advances to the overall Player of the Month poll, taking place now.

Maceo Rigters (6%), Jason Roberts (3%) & Benni McCarthy (0%) completed the poll.

Roque Santa Cruz - 75%


The positional searches for Januarys Player of the Month are now out of the way, the overall vote to determine the Player of the Month for November will now take place as the current poll is asking, "Player of the Month for January?"

For consistency, look no further than Emo (shocking isnt it!!!) Bents and Santa. Fair play to him, he's still delivering way past Christmas (I know, I know, I couldn't resist OK!!)
