Hasan Sas Linked With Rovers Move

Blackburn Rovers are being linked with a move for Galatasary's Hasan Sas.

The 31-year-old Turkish International is refusing to sign a new contract with Galatasary so it looks as though his long time association with the Turkish giants will come to an end, and the newspaper speculation today is linking him with a move to Ewood Park, where he would link up with his former Turkish International colleague Tugay.

What sort of fee (if he does sign and indeed if Rovers are interested?) for Sas (who was part of the Turkish team that finished in third place at the 2002 World Cup) has not been revealed, however, with him towards the end of his contract it would be minimal as he can leave for FREE in the summer anyway.

I'm no so sure on these links dudes, and I'm also not sure if he is what we really need?!?!
Does anyone think there is any truth in this rumour?
Hughes Da Man
a 31yr old forward is certainly not what we need right now!
durks de rover
Hes a talented lad who can play up front and has done so for many years for the Aslan alongside the bull of the bosphorus and former Rover Haka Sukur as well as being able to play out wide and behind the front 2. A bit like Bents but IMO not as talented. would be a decent cover player, a la Djorkaeff.
BomBom
we could have two Sasmans at Blackburn if he does sign, but il always be the original
sasman
Is Hasan Sas the bald one? I'm sure if he did sign, Tugay will be a big influence in his decision to come. If Sas can play until he is Tug's age, we have at least 28 years good football from him! :-)
Decimus Poole
Not sure on this wouldn't really want him here to be honest unless Roberts and Gallagher go, but still we have four forwards so not sure.

You're one of a kind sasman!
FreidelNo.1
Yeah dude, Sas is the bold one, I think!!!
Hughes Da Man
And of course sasman you will always been the original one of a kind dude.
Hughes Da Man
lol thank god i aint bold, getting there at such a young age lol
sasman
Hasan Sas is indeed the follically challenged lad with the big eyebrows! LOL Personally, Id prefer Umit Karan if we are going raiding Galatasaray for some Turkish Delight!
BomBom
I think this is utter tosh to be honest. I am sure Hughes will nip this one in the bud as he doesnt fit the profle for me.
MikeyGamst
Would be a good signing for you, although never seen him play!!
will it ever happen
