It Should Have Been Rigters

It Should Have Been Rigters

Vital Blackburn's most recent Poll, suggested by Hughes Da Man asked "Most would agree Benni is a starter, but who should start the next game with him?" we voted Maceo Rigters.

Before the match with Wigan (which we LOST 5-3!!!) most people believed that things needed to be shaken up with the Rovers squad, but we focused on the strikers. The man that most wanted in was Maceo Rigters with 35%, but this didn't happen.

The runner up was Roque Santa Cruz with 32%, a hat trick later seems to suggest that Rovers manager Mark Hughes was right to stick with him, even though we lost!!! 18% wanted Matt Derbyshire, with the final 15% backing Jason Roberts.

So in summary
M Derbyshire - 18%
M Rigters - 35%
J Roberts - 15%
R Santa Cruz - 32%

I'm still stunned that Rovers lost 5-3 to Wigan this afternoon, but who was the Rovers Man of the Match? The current poll, suggested by The Rovers Players is asking, "Rovers Man of the Match v Wigan Athletic?"

As for what you think, cast your vote and why not have your say on the latest polls findings.

Personally as much as I rate Derbs and JR (even though he does want to leave?!?!) I voted that Santa Cruz should have stayed in, looks like I was right, even though we got beaten AMAIZNGLY 5-3 by Wigan!!!

When are Rovers going to win again?! I'm going crazy with this results. However, I think the next poll shoul be who should start the game with Roque..plus, defense didn't help much against Wigan

It looks like you lot have no idea about what your talking ;) Rigters is going to be a good player but Cruz already is one. Great hat-trick too bad it was in vain. Maybe Benni should be replaced( or cashed in on) as he missed the penalty.

It was a poor effort that penalty! I don't think that Benni should be replaced or cashed in on... he's a great player, who are we going to replace him with seeing as Shearer has retired??
