Rovers Man of the Match v WHU

Rovers Man of the Match v WHU

Vital Blackburn's most recent poll asked, "Rovers Man of the Match v West Ham United?" We voted Brett Emerton.

Not that many players came out of the defeat against West Ham with much credit, but Emerton is the man that most felt deserved the accolade of Man of the Match, his 35% beat Tugay (21%) into second place.

The rest were much the same as each other, although Christopher Samba (13%) did stand out slightly from the rest.

So in summary
B Friedel - 7%
A Ooijer - 6%
C Samba - 13%
S Warnock - 1%
B Emerton - 35%
A Mokoena - 1%
D Dunn - 1%
Tugay - 21%
MG Pedersen - 2%
R Santa Cruz - 4%
B McCarthy - 8%
R Savage (Sub 45mins) - 0%
S Reid (Sub 70) - 1%
J Roberts (Sub 76) - 0%

A lot of people are saying that Mark Hughes needs to make a change up front, but what do we think he should do? So the current poll, suggested by Hughes Da Man is asking "Most would agree Benni is a starter, but who should start the next game with him?"

As for what you think, cast your vote and why not have your say on the latest polls findings.

Personally I voted for Tugay. He might not have had the influence we know that he can but I still thought that he looked most threatening and put in the best shift, not that Emerton didn't do OK.

emerton? i must say im shocked! i thought he and warnock in the full back positions were probably our two worst players (apart from pedersen but he is a given at this stage) they made countless silly errors and i believe not for the first time emerton was at fault for their goal! personally i went with big brad thought he was solid throughout!
