Stephen Warnock Top Rovers Defender

Vital Blackburn's most recent Poll asked, "Defender/Keeper of the Month for November?" We voted in favour of Stephen Warnock.

Christopher Samba's dominance on the Defender of the Month poll has ended, as with 38% Warnock was voted the Defender of the Month for November so takes his place in the grand final shortly to determine the Vital Blackburn Player of the Month.

Brett Emerton's 28% sees him as runner up to Stevie W, and as such he also advances to the overall Player of the Month poll taking place soon.

Christopher Samba (19%), Brad Friedel (9%), Ryan Nelsen (3%) & Andre Ooijer (3%) completed the poll.

Nooo i voted for Emo, but that didnt include yesterdays game, i think if the vote was before yesterday, Emo would of won, he had a shocker against Newcastle

The folk at Liverpool must be kicking themselves, I know they have a decent crop of left backs but they def missed out on this one didnt they!! Just shows that when a manager takes a chance on someone when another didnt it can pay off, as it has for Rovers with Warnock - big time!! All of our defense has been playing well enough at the min, although I think there is still more to come from Nelson, I dont think he's just quite back to his best yet!!
