Vital Blackburn's most recent Poll asked, "Defender/Keeper of the Month for October?" We voted in favour of Christopher Samba.

For a third month running Samba, with 37% has been voted the Defender of the Month so takes his place in the grand final shortly to determine the Vital Blackburn Player of the Month.

Brad Friedel's 25% sees him again finish as a close runner up to the Wall, and as such he also advances to the overall Player of the Month poll taking place soon.

Brett Emerton (14%), Andre Ooijer (12%), Zurab Khizanishvili (6%), Stephen Warnock (6%), Ryan Nelsen (0%) & Martin Olsson (0%) completed the poll.
