Goal of the Month (August)

Goal of the Month (August)

Vital Blackburn's most recent Poll asked you, "What was August's top Goal?" A winner has been found.

Each month, you the Vital Blackburn members are given the chance to vote for what you thought was the goal of the month.

The votes have been cast and after being given the option of all seven of Rovers' goals for August we voted in favour of Matt Derbyshire, 66% deciding his strike on Saturday 11th against Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium in the Premiership was the best.

So in summary
Roque Santa Cruz vs. Middlesbrough - 15%
Matt Derbyshire vs. Middlesbrough - 66%
Roque Santa Cruz vs. MyPa-47 - 5%
David Dunn vs. Arsenal - 5%
Roque Santa Cruz vs. Everton - 1%
David Bentley vs. MyPa-47 - 7%
Jason Roberts vs. MyPa-47 - 1%

With it having just been the most recent International break most of the attention had switched to our national sides (whoever they might have been as we have MANY nationalities on Vital Blackburn!) so the current poll, suggested by theirishrover is asking Would you rather see Rovers win the Premiership or England win Euro 2008? Have your say by not only voting but voicing your opinion also.

Do you agree with the winning strike or not? Why not have your say below.

Not bad at all, considering it was his first three touches of the game. Control, set up, goal...blinding
