More Rumoured Departures (YET AGAIN)

More Rumoured Departures (YET AGAIN)

The transfer window's closure is getting ever closer, so inevitably the transfer talk regarding players LEAVING Blackburn Rovers will continue to kick on, as it has on Wednesday.

We are seeing EVEN MORE transfer talk today, but as I said the other day, much like BomBom had before, Vital Blackburn will not give ANY of the Newspapers that are reporting these moves any more publication than is necessary, as they DO NOT deserve it, we will simply relay what they have so we can laugh it off!!!

Liverpool are stepping up their bid to prize Morten Gamst Pedersen away from Ewood Park, but as usual they will face competition from the ever willing Tottenham Hotspur, however, Bayern Munich have entered the fray recently, so they are still allegedly lurking.

Fulham have been looking for Jason Roberts' services for most of the summer, so with their main man Brian McBride injured they are back in again, this time with a reported £4 million offer.

However, manager Mark Hughes is so confident of keeping players that he is even leaving his mobile phone in the office (even if this is by mistake) when he goes out, but he revealed to the Lancashire Telegraph Rovers have had NO interest in any players, nor is he expecting any:

"I left my phone in work - not through choice, I just forgot about it - but there was nothing of any note (when I got it back).

"I've had nobody on about any of my players, and I don't expect them to either. It's been quiet, though it may liven up before the end of the week.

"There is nothing in the offing
."

Friday can't arrive soon enough can it guys, I'll be glad when the speculation about Rovers players can at least mean 100% that none of them can be purchased, well not for a few months anyway lol!
As we all know I'm a HUGE JR fans (as is MikeyGamst) but a £4 million offer could be tempting for Rovers?!?! But Sparky wouldn't want to sell would he, not that I would want him to anyway.

all tabloid talk with the window closing soon. Squad will stay the same, even though i would of liked a young midfielder being brought in, even though reidy is on his way back. If we can bump the roberts offer from fulham to 5 mill, i say sell, leaving derbyshire as third choice, elevating de vita or gally finally getting a go until january

Although we don't see these young guns Hughesy watches them in Training and Reserves... As far as the rest it's just Tabloids filling space... Tugay, Roberts and MGP are going nowhere.

Roberts may go, I think Derbyshire is above him in the ranks at Rovers and Santa Cruz and Benni defr are, so £4m may be more than tempting to Hughes. We have Gallagher and Rigters to fill in if he does go after all. Now I am a big Jason Roberts fan I think he offers a lot to the club, pace and power being his main assets but it would depend if he's happy being 4th choice at this stage of his career.

woot woot go clint lol. Roberts to go. Id hold out for 4.5-5 mill fulham are desperate. Derbs is def number 3, rigters number 4, allowing hopefully de vita to do a derbyshire and score some goals
