First Outing At Ewood For Rovers

After a couple of months without football, Ewood Park welcomes this back this Saturday as Blackburn Rovers look to complete the job they started against VK Vetra.

Not since Reading on the 13th May 2007 has Ewood Park seen any competitive football (not even a Pre-Season friendly) but this will change this Saturday when Vetra become, what will hopefully be the first of many victims this season, as we look to complete the job we started last weekend, following our 2-0 First Leg victory in the Intertoto Cup Third Round in Lithuania.

This match will give many fans their first chance to view Rovers since last season, having played all their matches away from Ewood before this. So it is sure to attract a fair turnout as people look to again see their favourites (and it WILL be a VERY STRONG side selected) new and old, although Maceo Rigters is the only likely new addition to play?!?!

Tickets for the match are now on sale, priced at a BARGAIN £5 for adult season ticket holders, £1 for juniors, £5 for seniors and young adult season ticket holders, with all other adults paying £10. For more information click here.

It may only be viewed as a "Pre-Season" game even though it is an official competitive match (with a place in the UEFA Cup Second Qualifying Round at stake) but the value for money factor is AMAZING, with Rovers certain to field a VERY strong side, so this should see a very good attendance.

Great news on the ticket prices. As you say HDM, a large attendance should be expected!

Amazing value for money isn't it dude so for the first match at Ewood Park for the season (and on a Saturday!!!) you would expect a pretty good crowd with these prices. Surely we'd be disappointed if we didn't?!?!

Blackburn are such a great club when it comes to value for money.
