League Win Greatest Rovers Memory

Vital Blackburn`s most recent poll, suggested by doughty1974
asked, " Best Moment Watching Rovers?" The winning selection is, unsurprisingly, winning the league at Anfield.

Winning silverware is always going to be a fond memory but none more so than lifting the Premiership crown. That was a momentous day in Rovers` history and shall always be looked on favourably by the fans.

So in summary
Play-Off Final Against Leicester City - 5%
Anfield - Winning League - 73%
Full Members Cup Final Against Charlton - 15%
Winning 2-1 At Old Trafford - 7%

As the search for the Greatest Ever Rovers Starting XI continues, we select the right midfielder from the two in the squad, so the current poll is asking, " Greatest Ever Rovers XI - Right-Midfield" Make your vote count, but vote WISELY!

As for what you think, cast your vote and why not have your say on the latest polls findings…

If not the obvious (anfield-title!) ... or at least something more recent... Beating MU at home and then going on to do the double over them two seasons ago!

That is true EER, that was a terrific moment. Im surprised the Worthless Cup wasn't mentioned. Always a great moment for me!

Good shout Roversman, the league cup success of 01 is one of the best moments in our recent history, should have been included.

I remember the day so vividly. I think it stands out stronger to me because I was older and proper appreciated it. I went absolutely mental! I was only a mere 12 when Rovers secured the prestigious title and as much as I loved the day and remember exactly where I was, who I was with etc the League Cup win always resonates strongly for me.
roversman
what a great day that was... it still brings a tear to my eye just thinking bout it.... do I cry a lot for a man???
MikeyGamst
Lol sounds like it Mikey but hey you're just sensitive!
roversman
I wish I could have been there. I made the Worthington Cup Final vs Spurs which was fantastic but I'm sure it doesn't compare to the day in Liverpool!!

rover23 - That was bang out of order dude, I don't like having a go at people but if we don't have anything constructive to say I rather peopel say NOTHING at all!!! We all have opinions, and don't always agree but your way was not the way dude.
