Blackburn Rovers are still expecting Ahn Jung-hwan to arrive at Ewood for his trial tomorrow despite being over 24 hours late.
Ahn was expected at the club today but failed to show up. At first it had seemed the deal had collapsed as the player had second thoughts about leaving his club Metz for a three day trial. However having regained contact Rovers chairman John Williams is confident the South Korean will arrive.
'We were expecting him yesterday but having spoken to the people arranging it we are now expecting him tomorrow,'
Metz are involved in a relegation battle in the French First Division. Ahn has managed two goals for them this season but has made no secret for his desire to find a different club.
