Bring Back Bellamy?!?!

Vital Blackburn's most recent poll, suggested by suggested by sasman asked, "What will be our starting striking combination next year?" The majority still favour a Craig Bellamy return to see him link up with Benni McCarthy.

A Bellamy return to Ewood Park is still something that the vast majority appear to favour and 47% see him linking up with McCarthy next season. The current partnership of McCarthy & Roberts gained 24%, with 10% preferring to see Roberts & Derbyshire. 6% think that it could even be McCarthy and someone else entirely…

So in summary
McCarthy & Roberts - 24%
McCarthy & Derbyshire - 5%
Roberts & Derbyshire - 10%
Bellamy & McCarthy - 47%
Bellamy & Roberts - 0%
Bellamy & Derbyshire - 2%
Other & Derbyshire - 1%
Other & Roberts - 2%
Other & McCarthy - 6%
Other & Other??? (I would be pretty worried lol) - 3%

The current poll is asking, "Rovers Man of the Match verses Charlton?"

As for what you think, cast your vote and why not have your say on the latest polls findings…

Almost 50% think that we'll see Bellers return and he'll be the partner for Benni next season. I still can't see this myself, but you never know. The JR & Benni partnership is probably the one I think we will mainly see next season.

I think Bellamy suited Blackburn, he played bloody well for you lot. I think he has found out that the grass isnt greener on the other side. He hasnt done alot for Liverpool, I think he should go back to ewood park.

He did do well for us but we've moved on, it wouldn't be all about Craig Bellamy anymore at Ewood Park. The grass certainly isn't always greener and he has found this out although he may well leave with a Champions League winner medal! We have to think of the wages also, he's got to be on something like 50,000 a week at least with Liverpool hasn't he, give him that or more here and others soon start knocking on the chairman's door!!!
Hughes Da Man
he took less money to go to Anfield over what Rovers wanted to pay him, so it was never about the money. He won;t go though - this is just stupid newspaper talk
Ex Ewood Resident
The wages is one of those stupid media things - I was under the impression that he took a pay cut, (or rather, potentially) but now they are saying Villa have beaten us as they are willing to match the 60k a week he is on. They're just flapping in the wind and making it all up - They haven't got the foggiest.
Head Rover Heels
Even though he wanted to go to Liverpool can you really see Liverpool not paying him good money?!?!
Hughes Da Man
well if he does leave the anfield i think it will be to return to rovers as he said in the interview when he joined liverpool in the summer, he ONLY left because he was a liverpool fan from a lad and it would full fill his dream playin in the red strip of liverpool. now hes there, yes he looks happy when he plays but he doesnt play that often, also with the new arival veronin and the maybe summer sugnings of villa and the young leverkusen striker would he get a game?? So maybe he would do what warnock did leave the club for his career's sake and Re-Join Rovers?

We'll just have to see won't we, but I'm not sure he'll be back at Ewood next season, apart from being an away player?!?!
