Jansen Released On A Free
Blackburn have agreed to terminate Matt Jansen contract following a meeting yesterday evening.
Jansen had requested to leave the club last week after become frustrated with his lack of first team opportunity.
Chairman John Williams told the official website: 'Given matt's contribution over the years we fell we should not stand in his way. He needs a new challenge and on behalf of everyone connected with the club we wish him well.'
Nieghbours Preston, Huddersfield and Burnley are all said to be interested.
