Ambidextrous Morten Gamst Pedersen!

Ambidextrous Morten Gamst Pedersen!

My love for facts, stats and trivia lead me to try something different here on Vital Blackburn. I gave you a Trivia question to try and answer.

The question asked:
"The fact that Morten Gamst Pedersen has one of the sweetest left foots in the modern game is all the more sweeter because?"

The man with one of the sweetest left foots in European football today is naturally right footed! As a 15-year-old due to the lack of left-sided players he retrained himself as a left-footer; this is what makes his left foot that much sweeter!

Congratulations to Vital member sasman who was the first to correctly get this.

Do you have any trivia questions you would like to put to everyone? If so contact me via e-mail at this address blackburn@vitalfootball.co.uk and I'll get Vital Football Members pondering over your teaser…

sasman - well it won't be Bentley unfortunately! I saw a news article that the West Ham Linesman had been dropped due to his "clanger" against us! whoop do woo! that'll be a great consolation if we miss a UEFA spot by 3 points!

Damn it, had forgotten Bents was suspended this weekend!!! That's very true isn't it, being dropped won't bring back any of the points we lost will it. I've been highly critical of the officials but if they had the help they needed these thing wouldn't happen would they.

I also forgot...noooooooo we need bentssssss. Ah well guys realistically we got robbed, but we had the luck of the green against Arsenal in the Fa cup, im sure these things even themselves up over time

Did we really have much luck against Arsenal though sasman? Wasn't it more good defending and them missing chances?!?! Still think we have a fair way to go before we are even on luck this season as although we've had some we've had far more against and this is being viewed as objectively as I can.

MGP is a class player and one that I hope stays long into the future

I think we all hope this RoversNaith (welcome to Vital Blackburn by the way, don't recall seeing you before?) So long as we keep progressing he will have no reason to leave as personally I don't think he shows the consistency (yet!) to be a player that Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool or Manchester United (the only teams that would be a genuine move forward!) would sign.
