Vital View - FA Cup - 3rd-5th November 2017

The FA Cup season proper got underway with the first round with these games played over the weekend.

It wasn't a round for upsets, well, as far as non-league sides were concerned as Boreham Wood's win over Blackpool aside those expected to come through ties did, some fairly comfortably.

However, there were some League Two clubs beating those from League One, including Luton's win over the 2008 winners - also 2010 finalists - Portsmouth and Carlisle seeing off Oldham by the odd goal in five.

Here's a round-up of the FA Cup results with one game to take place.
