Blackburn's Double Centurions...

My love for facts, stats and trivia lead me to try something different here on Vital Blackburn. On this occasion MikeyGamst gave you a Trivia question to try and answer.

The question asked:
"Brad Friedel recently made his 200th Premier League appearance for Blackburn Rovers. THREE other players have reached this landmark in Blackburn's Premiership history who are they?"

The other three Rovers stars to have reached; or bettered 200 Premiership appearances for the club were:

Henning Berg, Colin Hendry & Tim Sherwood.

Congratulations to BomBom who was the first to correctly get this.

Do you have any trivia questions you would like to put to everyone? If so contact me via e-mail at this address editor@blackburn.vitalfootball.co.uk and I`ll get Vital Football Members pondering over your teaser...

I think this is the second trivia running that BomBom has got the answer we've been looking for?
Hughes Da Man
Congrats BomBom...

WOW, I was pretty sure on ol' Braveheart, but Berg and Sherwood were relative guesses. Out of interest, The longest consecutive playing streak is 218 i believe, anyone reckon Friedel will break that this year?
BomBom
Got your latest poll suggestion gov, nice one.
Hughes Da Man
So, i am on for a hattrick then :D OK, ill stop being smug lol
BomBom
Aye BomBom. Do you think you can make it??? Again off topic but once again to drill it into people's heads please check out this forum link, and comment - http://www.blackburn.vitalfootball.co.uk/forum/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=1105&posts=4&mid=2301#M2301

Well done Bom Bom... good question as well whoever wrote that. ;)
MikeyGamst
Yeah it was, not sure who this person was though Mikey :)
Hughes Da Man
HDM, i got a pearler of a Q for the board, ill PM it to you soon!
BomBom
Nice one BomBom I look forward to it! No one seems intersted in the potential new forum do they!?!?! NO interest at all yet :(
Hughes Da Man
i know, but if no one makes any suggestions, then they cant moan about a silly name for it when its finally up for vote!
BomBom
Touche! I just worry that even when it is up and running there will be little or no interest? I know it takes time so you have to patient but there must be some interest surely?
Hughes Da Man
Im interested HDm but work hours are difficult at the moment. Always nice to talk to other football lovers. No matter if they are ultra intelligent like Blackbunr fans or less intelligent just like Burnley fans (cheapshot).
MikeyGamst
LMAO theres something you do not see every day the word intelligent and Burnley in the same sentance.
BomBom
Like we have discussed HDM, I honestly believe that a rel time chat applet would be better utilised. you know i fully support the idea but unfortunatly what is a convinent time for some, will not be for others (i work shifts too) especially when you start talking about different time zones. This is where, unfortunalty in this instance, the real time comes into its own as anyone can log in at any time and see if there is a conversation going. Imagine having a forum chat at 6pm before a game on a wednesday, our australian cousins would have to be up at 5am!
BomBom
Yeah its difficult but hopefully we can arrange something?
Hughes Da Man
I still remain positive, hoverer, it will not be an overnight success i feel. Fingers X'd
