'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Happy New Year Rovers Fans and All

Well 2007 is with us so I wanted to share a New Year message with not only all Blackburn Rovers fans but also all the people on Vital Football.

As the hangovers clear in time for another almost full Premiership programme (two games take place tomorrow) I would like to wish everyone all the best of luck, health and success for 2007; lets hope it's a good one for EVERYONE around the World…

Now this is just for the Rovers fans! Lets hope that 2007 sees success on and off the pitch for Rovers with Mr Williams allowing Sparky Hughes to dip into the January sales to help us push on towards a possible UEFA Cup spot in the League, see us have a decent run in the FA Cup and continue our quest for UEFA Cup glory; what a sight it would be to see Ryan "the Admiral" Nelsen lifting the FA and UEFA Cup's come May! Dare I ask too much and say also a top six League finish achieved…

Hopefully with your help I can take Vital Blackburn well along the path to becoming the number one Rovers fans site in 2007 and beyond. Thanks for all your comments, articles, polls etc. during the latter part of 2006 when I first took over.

Keep these comments posted on the main page articles and in the forum (Forum Link).

A Happy New Year to everyone who contributes to this site and I look forward to reading your comments and discussing everything that is Rovers in 2007. Let's hope the team have an excellent year and our site continues to develop. Happy New Year everyone.

We're heading in the right direction. That 6-2 defeat only 9 days ago seems like a long time ago now. Good decision to play the Axe today as well. He really suited the type of game that it was and allowed Robbie a bit of freedom. Happy New Year everyone, hope the hangovers arent stinging. Back Hughes Da Man and roversman, they do a great job with this site.

Big up to HDM & Roversman! well done lads! I have been away over the festive period in Sunny Spain and unfortunately haven't been to any games, so I am suffering from "lack of footie" syndrome! regarding the l'arse game... I have now got a "Robin Van Persie" doll and I'm busily sticking needles in him! He is fast becoming what Simon Garner was to Burnley!

Ahh, so thats where youve been. Thanks for that EER. Van Persie is tourmenting us more and more no isn't he, re: Simon Garner we all know what he was to B*** that other team :)
