Full Name: Frank Fielding
Date of Birth: 4th April 1988, Blackburn
Nationality: English
Position: Goalkeeper
Squad Number: 28

Frank Fielding is another local lad to successfully graduate the Blackburn Rovers Academy.

The highly rated goalkeeper has previously captained the under-18 academy side now graduating to the reserves. The 18-year-old will be hoping to stake his claim in the reserves during the 2006-2007 season.

At the end of September 2006 Fielding was awarded a first team squad number of 28, and although he will be fourth choice in the goalkeeping pecking order impressive displays in the reserves could see him move forward and make him very much one for the future.

Unfortunately there isn't an image available to Vital Football of Fielding yet so I had to use the one I did. Fielding is another promising youngster but he'll find first team football VERY had to come across at any stage at Ewood Park I'd think.
