'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Vital Blackburn Trivia!

I make no secret of my love for facts, stats and trivia. I find it fascinating, well at times! So now it's time for something a little different here at Vital Blackburn. It's trivia time…

As we know Blackburn Rovers Football Club were one of the founder members of the Football League but our claim to fame doesn't stop there! We were also a founder member of the Premier League, due to us being in the Premier League's opening season of 1992-1993.

So here is the question:
"Rovers are one of three teams to be founder members of both the Football League and the Premier League. Who are the other two?"

I'm afraid that this is only a fun competition with no prizes on offer, sorry! Maybe down the line I will look to run competitions with prizes? But for now it is merely for fun.

If the winner wishes to contribute anything to the site, maybe a trivia question of their own, an article or poll maybe this can be arranged? I'll contact them, if they don't contact me first!

Think you know the answer? Put yours below…

Aston Villa and Everton.

Beat me to it - though Notts County were close as they nearly hung to the top-flight for long enough. Seems distant now...
DBT Riverside
Spot on NeilBaker, only took eight minutes for me to be found out!

Unlucky DBT Riverside, you were only a minute later. And Notts County very nearly were a third team, how things change :(

See, I feel guilty now. I'll come up with a question. Or you could just delete these comments ;)
