Rovers "Half Season Tickets" On Sale

Rovers

In the latest in a long series of schemes aimed at improving the Blackburn Rovers attendances at Ewood Park the "half season ticket" goes on sale shortly.

The half season ticket will enable you to see the final 10 Ewood matches of the 2006-2007 season starting with the Boxing Day fixture against Liverpool. These go on sale early next week.

Prices are as follows:
Juniors - £49
Young Adults (16-21) and Seniors - £95
Adults - from £145

For adults to see Premiership football for as little as £14.50 a game can't be bad can it!!!

With League attendances averaging a little under 21,500 in a ground that holds a fraction over 31,300 hopefully this scheme will see the dwindling attendances, making scenes like the one in the image above (OK maybe things aren't quite that bad!) a thing of the past… at least the remainder of this season!

Full details on these half season tickets will be released by the club on Friday.

That's the frustrating thing winning shouldn't make fans turn up. You get your hard core that turn up win lose or draw you just get angry with those that only "sing when they're winning!"
