Biggest Ever European Following!

Biggest Ever European Following!

Having sold out of the original 2,500 tickets granted for Blackburn Rovers' UEFA Cup tie with Feyenoord Rovers officials requested and received a small number of extra tickets... these too have also sold out!

I personally don't know how many extra tickets were given to Rovers for Thursday's UEFA Cup group E clash in Holland but one thing that is certain is Rovers will be supported by their biggest ever travelling crowd in European competition! And who said Rovers were a poorly supported Lancashire club…

This is great news; hopefully we can go on to break this record as our progression in the competition continues with Ewood Park crowds hopefully also improving not only in our European games but also Premiership matches…

Let's hope we hear more about record crowds during the remainder of this season and beyond! The support will certainly help on Thursday.

Just Saying, But What If....

Blackburn will do well under the boss. However, for arguments sake, if Rovers didn't secure an instant Championship return what would happen to Mowbray?

Caddis At The Double

Caddis has now spent the past three weeks with Blackburn, joining the club in Austria last week, and Mowbray, his boss at Celtic earlier in his career, is close to making his decision.
