Great Ever Rovers Squad: Goalkeepers

As you know we at Vital Blackburn are trying to put together our Greatest Ever Blackburn Rovers Squad. The Goalkeepers names have been suggested so the voting can soon start.

After looking through the names you, the vital Blackburn members suggested with at least seven maybe eight mentioned these are the options that will be available for you to soon vote on…

Jim Arnold
Reg Elvy
Tim Flowers
Brad Friedel
Terry Gennoe
Bobby Mimms

Some of you mentioned the names more than once, but to be fair I've only taken into account the mention once from each member.

So you have brought the above into contention for the Goalkeeping positions in the Greatest Ever Squad. Voting will start to determine which THREE will take their place in the squad shortly so keep your eyes peeled for the poll, likely to commence over the weekend.

Just to recap this squad will comprise of the following:

3 Goalkeepers

2 Left-backs (or Wing-backs)
2 Right-backs (or Wing-backs)
4 Centre-backs

2 Left-midfielders (or Wingers)
2 Right-midfielders (or Wingers)
4 Central Midfielders

4 Forwards

Thanks for your efforts in contributing names; hopefully this will continue right the way through the selection process…

Yeah I know Peter Enckelman wasn't mentioned but hey the guy doesn't get much mention nowadays so thought I'd use his image! Voting will start very soon on the six names probably Sunday so make sure you cast your votes!
