Vital Blackburn up and running again

Vital Blackburn up and running again

Vital Football has been down for a few days after a few gremlins got into the works, someone fed them after midnight! Thankfully these problems are behind us and its full steam ahead...

After the technical difficulties, which have thankfully all but been sorted out Vital Blackburn is now fully up and functional again. These problems were unavoidable, and although there will be a few disruptions along the way once again those behind the scenes have performed a great job with some outside help to rectify this.

The actual Vital Blackburn site may have been down but I wasn't... Articles that had been planned for posting will still be added even if the news may well be a few days old as we will still want to talk about it wont we!

This gave me time to finish off the Player Profiles so these will now be added daily, one at a time. By selecting the "Squad" drop down feature along the top of the site you will be able to view a Player Profile (once added) of your choice anytime no matter how far down the line it is. Obviously if players move on they will be removed, if they are deemed worthy of legend status they will be added to the hall of fame.

This time out has also given me time to work on further additions to the "why did they bother", "the ones that got away" and "where are they now" players that will feature, so look out for more of these shortly. Again by visiting the appropriate drop down along the top menu you can view previous players

Finally I will soon be looking for us to put together a Blackburn Rovers Ultimate Dream Team! First we will select a squad of 23 players, which will be selected by you the Vital Blackburn Rovers viewers. Each position will be broken down for you to recommend players for each roll. Players mentioned will then be voted on and the top players voted into each position will indeed fill those positions in the squad.

Once an ultimate squad has been selected we will then endeavour to whittle this down to a Rovers Dream Team Starting 11, with 4 named substitutes.

Look out for more details on this shortly.

I'll admit Ex Ewood Resident I was "worried" for the site, but thankfully it is now back and we can push on and make Vital Blackburn the BIGGEST and best Rovers fans site out there!

jono_forest there were a few things missing at first, but think pretty much everything is back as it was now? Well as far as I know it is.
