Paul Agnew leaves Rovers

Paul Agnew has left Blackburn Rovers, the club have announced on the official club website.

Agnew - 'a life long Rover' - had been with the club in a PR role for a long while before being promoted to Operations Director last summer. But a sudden statement this morning has announced that he has left the club with immediate effect.

No explanation has been offered as to why or any reasoning but no doubt we'll find out more as the story develops.
