Bowyer Feels the Pain

Bowyer Feels the Pain

Gary Bowyer was left to blame fortune as a controversial penalty decision sent Blackburn free falling into the depths of the Championship after yet another defeat, this time at the hands of Sheffield Wednesday.

The Caretaker manager was left reeling and shaking his head after a run of decisions against his team leaving the club with next to nothing to show from its last few fixtures.

'We aren't going to feel sorry for ourselves; it's in our hands still we have a game in hand. Our games are winnable games. We can get 18 (more points) but our luck has to change.'
(SportingLife 06/04/13)

With the rescheduled game against Millwall up Rovers sleeve, every point becomes crucial as Rovers hope to avoid financial meltdown with successive relegations.
