Lady luck has not been kind (in terms of likeliness to progress) to Rovers in the draw for the next round of the FA Cup with our boys drawn away at Arsenal in this afternoon's draw for the 5th round.

Rovers were clinical in dispatching Derby County 3-0 at Pride Park on Saturday but they face a daunting trip to North London and to a ground they are yet to win at.

But lest we forget the memories of 2006/07 when a stalemate draw and a Benni McCarthy screamer saw East Lancashire's finest progress last time the club's met in the FA Cup.

We can dream...

Would have been much happier if it was away, but at least it will be a good test for us. Let's hope we go down the 'Benni McCarthy wonder strike' season route as opposed to the year 3-0 drubbing in 2001.

Might be a good time to play the arse... they will be trying to get back into the top 4 - however, Wenger is desperate for a trophy. Will be tough!
