Welcome Michael. Lets hope you can perform some tricks as you certainly joined a Circus.

Can't understand the logic here. You have a caretaker that's won 3 of 3 andthat the players respect. You bring in someone with little experience and a questionable record. Makes no sense. Somethings rotten in the state of denmark!

I have been relatively positive over the appointment of Appleton. As some of you may know, whilst I'm certainly no Mullan I do have a few friends at Rovers and the Championship and I can say that back in November Appleton was backed heavily by SAF and Hodgson for the jobs at Rovers, Bolton and Burnley. Both managers made personal endorsements of Appletons ability and this cannot be sniffed at. Ultimately Team Shebby went for Berg and the rest shall we say is history!! However, since Appletons appointment I have begun to digest the decision and the reasons why him..yes he his rated amongst football people, yes he could be fantastic but I can't help thinking that they haven't hired him to deal with the repercussions of us not going up this season.. I am not saying that we are going to do a pompy..but we could! And who better to manage you in that circumstance than Appleton? My question is are they now preparing not to go up? Looking to shed high wage earners in favour of cheaper options?? I think they might be.. Just a thought..only time will tell!!
