Rovers set to add King to ranks

Rovers set to add King to ranks

Rovers are in talks with Manchester United to sign 20 year old Joshua King on an initial loan.

It is not known the length of the deal or whether it has an option to be made permanent but after boss Henning Berg held talks with United representatives earlier this week he has received clearance to take the youngster on a temporary basis.

With the loan window for lower league clubs set to pass tomorrow night Rovers have to move quick to make this deal happen but it is understood that everything is now in place after a small delay caused by King's involvement in the Red Devils Champions League tie with Galatasaray last night.

Expect an announcement fairly soon.

Will try and get someone from a United site to fill us in with the ins and outs of King as apart from the odd thing I don't know tons about him.
