Rovers ready to replenish the ranks

Looks like we're ready for new faces with Rovers set to add at least three more to the playing squad in due course.

First in through the very Iberian enticing door is Nuno Henrique, a 25 year old centre back from Academica de Coimbra who is a former team mate of Nuno Gomes. It seems the club have decided a centre back is needed with only three senior central defenders in the ranks.

The Portuguese fun is unlikely to end there with Diogo Rosado STILL in line to join the club despite injury delaying his arrival at Ewood Park.

Finally on the inbound front is Polish goalkeeper Grzegorz Sandomierski, who has done enough in a short period of time for the club to feel confident to take the plunge and sign him up as a replacement for the outgoing Mark Bunn.

Which of course means that Bunny has decided to call time on his Ewood Park career to make the move to Norwich, the Canaries and rovers have agreed a fee in the region of £1m for Bunn to make the move.

It's all going on. And this doesn't even allow for the striker search which painstakingly continues.

We've certainly got the numbers in, the jury is out on whether they're the correct standard to get us promoted but there is only one way to find out sadly!

People are going on saying we shouldnt be held to ransom over rhodes, but at the end of the day its venkys money so I hope they pay top whack for him. And I cant understand why bone head wont give Goodwillie a shot. I think this is a perfect level for him, and hes clearly chomping at the bit to get on.
