N'Zonzi in demand causing possible bidding war

Blackburn Rovers midfielder Steven N'Zonzi is attracting major interest from several Premier League clubs and beyond...

The 6ft 4' central midfielder has a list almost as long as body of admiring managers as he looks to be leaving for pastures new this summer.

In a season which saw Rovers relegated, N'Zonzi was one of the few positives poking out from the otherwise dark state of affairs at the club.

A host of as many as 10 Premier League clubs seem keen to keep the midfield man in the top flight with Arsenal, Chelsea, Newcastle, Fulham and Stoke all being credited with interest.

They may not just be fighting between themselves for the 23 year old's signature however, with Russian spending giants Anzhi Makhachkala looking to reunite the french man with former Rover Chris Samba.

Where his future lies nobody is quite sure, however with so many interested parties, Rovers should be looking to secure the rumoured asking price of between £8-12 million should the midfielder decide to leave.

lets just hope the money will be spent on rebuilding by another manager.

A highly-overrated player just like Martin Olsson. Good riddance for half the money quoted.

To be expected. Lets hope we get some decent cash for him.

Safe to say there is no chance he will be staying, so might as well sell to the highest bidder. I personally cann't see us getting any more than £7m for him though.

Are we now the second club to be relegated with him? Not saying its all his fault mind!
