It's game time again tonight and the Rovers are in bad need of a reaction after a dismal display in the 3-0 reverse at the Hawthorns on Saturday.
The visitors are Liverpool, who themselves are desperate for something resembling form and one of Rovers under performers has assured the Blackburn faithful that they're ready.
Scott Dann has backed the side to bring their best and start to steer Rovers away from the relegation trapdoor which looms large with only six games left.
Dann told the Rovers official site - 'We are looking forward to the Liverpool game and we need to get a result.
'Even though we lost on Saturday and are still down there we are still really confident that we can get ourselves out of it and we'll be going into the Liverpool game thinking we can beat them even though we've had a couple of bad results lately.
'We'll be right up for the game on Tuesday and ready to go.
'We know Liverpool are having a tough time at the minute, but that doesn't take away that they have a lot of quality and are a top team.
'But we've just got to concentrate on our own performance and make sure that everyone of us who is selected to play is up for it.
'We need to get the three points.'
'I think in the Premier League you never know what can happen, one week you can lose at home to a team you are expected to beat and the next week you can go away and beat a team that you aren't expected to beat.
'That is what makes the league what it is, every game from now to the end of the season is a challenge and we'll be trying as hard as we can to get as many points on the board as possible to get out of the position we are in.'
