'If It's Football, It's Vital'

The end of Grella-Watch is nigh

Vince Grella's time a Blackburn Rovers is coming to an end.

Grella has confirmed that he will be returning to play in Italy after four VERY injury plagued months at Ewood Park which has seen him become a very unfortunate walking joke between fans.

Grella has managed 38 games in his four season Blackburn Rovers career which for a man who is more than capable when fit is tantamount to a disgrace.

He's effectively robbed a living off the club despite his reportedly excellent attitude behind closed doors and his commitment to make himself better.

He told Tuttosport: 'I will be released in June, next year I will return to play in Italy.'

A sadly very easy call to make this one...

Oh Vincenzo, I had such high hopes when you first signed....Bet he has a full injury free season in Italy if he gets picked up, just to rub salt into the wounds.

I was actually very pleased when he signed and when on the field he has looked the standard required... but the amount of injuries he collects are beyond a joke.

An unfortunate "walking" joke? Seriously? I thought that was the problem...;)
