'If It's Football, It's Vital'

It's Blackburn vs Burnley (Part 1)

Fancy taking your mind off the rigours and stresses of Premier League survival battles?

Well tonight could provide an exciting peek into the future as Rovers youth side engage in derby day battle with bitter local rivals Burnley.

To add spice into the mix the winners of the tie will take a place in the final against either Manchester United or Chelsea.

A crowd of around 8,000 or so is expected based on current figures for the first leg at Ewood tonight but there is still time to get your sweet behind down to Ewood to back the latest crop of players representing Jack Walker's youth academy legacy.

'Fans are reminded that if they plan on attending this evening's FA Youth Cup semi-final 1st leg against Burnley that they need to obtain a ticket in advance.

Season Ticket holders have until 12 noon to obtain their free ticket for the game, this can be done from the Roverstore at Ewood Park or the Oneroverstore on Church Street in Blackburn Town Centre.

General admission prices are £5 for Adults, £3 Seniors and £1 for Juniors. These tickets are on sale at the Oneroverstore in town until 12 noon and the Roverstore at Ewood Park until 5.00pm.'

Let's give the young lads an atmosphere they can enjoy.
