Samba to miss QPR clash

Rovers are again to be without the services of Chris Samba for the weekend crunch clash with QPR after Steve Kean revealed that the want away captain is injured.

Chris was due to play in a reserve match against Carlisle earlier in the week but pulled out because of a niggle.

Samba was last seen playing for Rovers at home to Stoke over a month ago and has been away as a result of a dispute with club owners Venky's over his desire to move to another club, a desire that was rejected out of hand.

But after missing a few games as his mind 'wasn't in the right place' it was expected that Samba would return the fore... with his latest injury setback.

Injured? Or excuse?

What a farce, i find it unlikely that he is injured.

I think he might be "nelsen" injured.

he either plays or gets fined for disobiedience . i dont know why Kean is even giving him so much space to moan. this will only make Samba feel more heavy and hence will make his throw more tantrums. but how else to make him come back to his normalcy ?

I said this last week, but he really needs to man up and get on the field.
