Transfer 2- Anthony Modeste!!!

With the sudden suspension of Strike man Yakubu, and the contractual issues with Jason Roberts, Blackburn Rovers decided to pounce by signing former French Under 21 international Anthony Modeste on a 6 month loan form French outfit Bordeaux

Name- Anthony Modeste

Nationality- French

Date of Birth- 14.4.1988

Position- Striker

After a sharp start to his career for the Ligue 1 outfit, Modeste has found action limited in recent times, with a loan spell to Rovers seen as the perfect solution for both outfits. Known for his ability in the air, Modeste has also shown a knack of running of the shoulder of his marker as well as good movement off the ball
