Two back, three still out for Quarters clash

Rovers have been given a boost ahead of tonight's big Carling Cup clash against Cardiff with the news that Michel Salgado and David Dunn will be available.

Dunny returns from his one match suspension served against Stoke and Salgado returns from a knock picked up against Wigan to dazzle us with his pace at right back.

But don't get carried away thinking this is good news day - the game comes too soon for Martin Olsson, Chris Samba and Ryan Nelsen who will all be missing.

This again leaves Rovers short of defensive options but Steve Kean has confirmed that the three of them will be ready for Swansea at home on Saturday.

Hopefully the cup game will be a nice distraction from the currently soul crushing league action!

Am I in the minority who actually wants us to win tonight?!

Surely not another 3 goals conceded away? We're long due a clean sheet!

Mikey - I want us to win - as I do every game. Whether we will or not is another thing!

Living and working in Cardiff, as I do, means it’s quite rare that I get to a game. I’m just totally made up that I can actually be there tonight!! COME ON ROVERS!!!
