Orient or Bristol Rovers await

Rovers have been handed the tie that most would have asked for after seeing off Sheffield Wednesday in the last round of the Carling Cup.

The next round will see Rovers face the winners of the still to be played second round tie between Bristol Rovers and Leyton Orient with the match to be played at Ewood Park.

Further good news from the draw is that a lot of Premier League teams have been drawn to face each other in the next round which has no doubt been kind to our boys at a time when we need a bit of comfort.

Ties are to be played week commencing 19th September.
