Vital Blackburn - Young Player of the Season

Vital Blackburn - Young Player of the Season

The penultimate award for last season's end of season awards was voted over by VBers and the winner was a familiar face in the end of season accolades here on Vital Blackburn.

Over the course of the season two young men rose above the mediocrity to slug it out for the award.

The now departed Phil Jones racked up a fair few votes but the Manchester United player was edged out by the man who seems to have won everything going this season.

The winner of the Young Player of the Season award is... Junior Hoilett.

After hitting the side after the New Year under Steve Kean the young Canadian has never looked back.

Well done Junior! (again)
