In the 2009-10 season, Petrovic chipped in with 7 important goals to help Partizan seal the League title. Sas. Top stuff except for the fact we paid £2.7 million for him so it was between £2m-£3m. BARGAIN!

Nice work Sas...my only other observation regarding Petrovic is actually on that compilation on YouTube...he looks like he has great feet, pace and a marauding type style as well as an eye for a pass whether it be 10 or 40yrds! Reminds me of yaya toure??! Don't wanna get too giddy here bit with that type of ability coupled with a monsterous physique we could have bagged ourselves a steal!!

I have a very good feeling about this player for Rovers! I think Goodwillie could be a hit but this boy could be a star.

He sounds brilliant. Like I always say, let's give the lad a chance to settle in, but I'm really excited about this one. Well done Rovers!

Positive Signs For Bennett

Bennett was positive of Blackburn being able to see off Lancashire rivals Preston heading into this game at Ewood Park after the Norwich and Fulham results.

Minor Graham Setback
