'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Concentrate on the goal!

12 points between now and the end of the season.

Now is a time where all we should be thinking about is these 12 points.

We need to forget thinking about whether Paul Robinson will be here if we get relegated, or how much we can fetch for Phil Jones if we go down.

All the transfer rumours can go away for the next 4 weeks.

Now is the time to fight nail and tooth for the 12 points that are available to us.

All the 'Sack Steve Kean' chants can wait.. He is not going anywhere until the end of the season at the earliest.

We need to get behind the team no matter what.

Everyone thinking 'I'm not going down to Ewood whilst this lot are in charge' needs to cut it out. This is the time when our club needs every one of its fans who is available to cheer the team to victory.

12 Points, 360 minutes of football, 4 games. That is all that shapes the future of our club.

So get down to Ewood, support the boys, and lets keep our Premier League status!

Needed to get this out!
rover23
Well said 23! I like your thinking! If you are a proper Rovers and can get to the games then you won't stay away!
Mikey Delap
Its time for the squad and management to step up to the plate, the fans have done their bit all season and will continue to do so, but this is a two-way thing, Its time for all the talking and bulls**t to stop and the team to deliver
glen9mullan
It's still in our hands... if we go down we've only ourselves to blame. Bolton are nothing special, especially away from home and we should be attacking from the off, bombarding them with crosses and exposing them like Stoke and Fulham did in the last few weeks. I'm going for a 2-0 win to The Rovers, even if Steve Kean has proven to be a pants Manager this winless run has gone on long enough!!!
ITSALLROVER
I'm with Glen on this, the fans turnout has been excellent as has the support, it's about time the staff, players and owners did their part, they have constantly under achieved then we get a string of BS excuses with a demand that the fans rally the team, it is a two way process. We support the team, the team give us something to sing/shout about, they are doing that at the moment just not in a good way.
blue_n_white99
The support is always rubbish at Ewood.. the Darwen singing section is the worst thing ever.. they take all the songs to one part of the ground so songs NEVER get going anymore
rover23
Really like 23's article but can't agree that the support is rubbish! For me, the Darwen singing section has been a real positive and while average attendances are down, they have stood up okay given the disappointments of this season. I too hope the "sack Steve Kean" lot keep it to themselves for the next 4 games - chanting about him won't help the cause.
rossp2112
Attendances over the second half of the season have been higher than the first half, despite the the disappointing performances and lousy results, they have cheered, shouted and sung desperate to provide the 12th man, trouble is the other 11 on the team haven't lived up to their part. It won't help if the fans protest, boo etc. however nobody is taking their concerns or worries seriously, constant BS reassurances from the owners, Kean and the players have all proved just empty words, so you can understand that fans feel frustrated and ignored. The team can put all these problems to bed, get a result Saturday and the pressure will be relieved, but I honestly believe that come the end of the season if Kean doesn't go, a large section of the fan base will
blue_n_white99
but theres no point in discussing this now.. nothing is happening over the next 4 weeks.. the only thing we can do as fans is back the team.. thats it.. so we should do it to the best of our ability..
rover23
the only thing that worries me at rovers in the riverside stand. it even gets out sung by the jack walker stand nowadays! the support is great cept the riverside stand
lhrover
Riverside is much better than Jack Walker LOL
rover23
problem with the riverside, most fans buggar off 20 minutes before the end of the game, and it looks embarrassing when its on TV
glen9mullan
pack the ground lads and fire our boys home...3 points will go a long, long way to safety
sasman
SAS you got your wish, the fans were in fine form today
