Venky's in Granada interview series

Granada TV (based over here in the UK) have sent a crew out to get an exclusive interview with Rovers owners Venky's.

Venky's have gone quiet in recent times as criticism remains strong over their decision making skills and their football knowledge whilst in charge of our Ewood Park club.

But an interview series (spanning three short reports) should make interesting viewing for fans to see if any questions are answered or assurances given.

Maybe it will just be pro-Venky's propaganda? Or it could be the insight we were looking for?

The first one is on from 6pm tonight on regional Granada TV.

I am guessing quite a few will be watching from the UK?

Guaranteed this is what Agnew went out to see them about.

just seen the first part, were they have reiterated that Kean regardless of what happens this season will still be Manager next season, and they want to finish in Europe and perhaps win a cup
glen9mullan
If they give him £500m to spend then sure, why not? HA! I'd love Kean to pull off some masterstroke and win all our remaining games and prove he has the pedigree to carry on next season but as many have said...just surviving isn't and achievement this season, considering where we were when BFS was sacked.

can someone give us a breif on what was said....the footage cant be viewed outside pommy land

http://www.itv.com/granada/rovers-owners-back-kean77332/ Just a brief video but shows how delusional they are. We have to stay in the prem to finish 8th and Steve Kean doesn't seem to have the tactical nouse to outwit other teams in cup competitions so we won't get passed the 4th rounds. unless Steve Kean wins 3/5 of the remaining games there should be no way he should carry on in charge, IMO. The premier League is no place for Apprentice managers and it's evidently not working out and turning into a shambles. We need a Martin O'Neill or a Martin Jol next season if we stay up. If we go down then maybe Alan Curbishley or Roberto Di Matteo to get us straight back up.
