Guess where Blackburn are of to!!!

Blackburn Rovers are set to announce a preseason friendly in Calcutta, India, against Brazilian outfit Flamengo, as a warm-up to their Asian Trophy hit up in Hong Kong.

Whilst we brought you the remarkable Tour Down Under exclusively last season, I somehow dont believe Sas and Ozi will be doing the same in Asia! Though if we do have a local, feel free to step up...

Something though is kicking me in the back of my small brain...why on earth are we planning for pre-season already....we dont even know where we will be competing in next season!

No harm in it and it as we will be going out to Asia anyway. It would be good to see an EPL side against a Brazilian side in general, even if it's only a pre season game. Hopefully we can sell a few shirts over there and get some more fans on board.

The Indian population is due to exceed the Chinese shortly if the buggers keep on breeding at current rates. Guess we may grow a new fan base

Rovers have confirmed their entry into the Asia Trophy is dependant on them being a Prem club, so if we go down we can't enter
