'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Kean hints at new lads inclusion

Rovers manager Steve Kean has hinted that Rovers two January permanent buys are going to be ready to rock and roll very soon.

Some sections of the Rovers faithful have been screaming out for the inclusion of the former Newell's Old Boys and Barca B guys due to the lack of creativity in the side.

And Stevo has now given the biggest hint yet that their appearance is imminent.

Kean told the club's website - 'They have settled well and they had a good performance in the reserves against Everton.

'This is almost like the end phase of a pre-season programme they have been on, six weeks of building up their intensity.

'We have really pushed them hard. It's about preparing them for a different type of football.'

In other news, the Rovers have sold out their allocation for Fulham on Saturday. Look for strong support.

Glad we are going to finally see these lads, Formica comes with a big reputation...

tough enough for the PL? hope we get a win, things have been a little rough lately and Fulham are in direct competition for our spot come end of season

hopefully march will be a new start for our rovers.

hope they get in, might provide something we lack atm.

Formica strained his hamstring so won't be playing at Fulham, Rochina in squad though although i fully expect him to be on the bench and get a 20 minute run out
