'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Disgrace

In the same week as Rovers fans took some flak for booing Keith Andrews, it is the players and managers turn to feel ashamed..

Only Paul Robinson, Ryan Nelsen and Morten Gamst Pedersen left the pitch with any respect for the fans whatsoever..

We sang our hearts out for 90 minutes.

In the pouring rain.

We sold out!! 4500 fans!!

And yet you would not even be bothered to come and give your thanks to the fans.

You went straight down the tunnel for your hot showers, whilst we walked back to our cars in the rain.

You get paid ridiculous amounts of money to play for OUR club, at least give something back..

Keano, we sang your name, you acknowledge us once, after about 5 chants of 'Keano give us a wave' and you let us down tactically as well..

We expect better.

I agree, I just hope they was not hanging around as they went hunting to give Kean a thick lip. But regardless of the result they should always applaud the fans who pay their wages

It's got like that down at Ewood! Only Robbo acknowledges us on the Darwen End! Shameful!

Very true - at least Robbo and MGP had the good grace to look embarassed on behalf of their team-mates. It IS a disgrace that there should be so little acknowledgment of the part the fans played in giving the team a platform to build on. The fact that the manager and players were incapable of capitalising on that advantage is another issue which does them no favours either.

Agreed. It is a massive shame that the players were that annoyed with themselves that they couldn't even acknowledge the tremendous support they receive.
