Aston Villa AGAIN!!
After beating QPR in the third round Rovers travel to Villa park for the next round of the FA Cup.
The tie will be played on the weekend of the 29th/30th of January.
Well I did predict this one! Before the draw I sent a text to a mate as a joke 'I bet we get Villa'...

Don't be so sure, as much as I like Brad, I think Rovers will test him in this match. His goalkeeping this season has looked like he's been propped up with a Zimmer frame.

Big Brad was amazing against Chelsea the other week!! Dont be so downbeat on the legend that is Friedel! I think this game will be a close game again, hoping for a first rovers cup win against the villains in a long time!

At what point did this stop being surprising?! Fourth cup draw in a row... PAvfc can I suggest you grow up or get an adult to type for you? I wouldn't be so cocky as your lot have been a crock of **** for a while now!!! Agree about Brad though, was excellent the other day!

Was hoping for Swansea away for personal reasons. No. Burnley? No. A day out at the seaside to Torquay or somewhere. No. Villa. Again. I just don't care about this game there is no romance to the cup for me. Win, lose or draw who cares? Here's to another trip to Blyth next year...

Just knew we wouldn't get an easy game. Nevermind we've got a chance for revenge and Villa have been s**t lately so we must be favourites for this IMO.

What a boring draw, for both set of fans really. I understand comment about the lack of romance in the Cup, but then, Stevenage stuff Newcastle, Sunderland lose at home to Notts County and Leicester match moneybags Citeh all the way. The Cup still has romance for me, while we are still in it! Our s**t league form will count for nothing ( I hope), but both teams could have quite a different look by the time this tie comes around. Will be another close one. Settle for a 6-4 classic, but i doubt it!

P.Avfc I doubt Samba will sign for a club in a major decline. You will probably end up signing Big Sam to try to and keep you up instead. O'Neill got out when he knew all the pennies had been spent and your best players would have to leave. he was probably sick of getting booed by fickle fans as well.

The clubs are very evenly matched and progress for Villa is far from assured. Wind your neck in...

What was that 10 men behind the ball as per usual? We will see come end of the season, we are not in decline, we have a top 6 premier league squad but the manager just isn't the right one...we actually have money to spend and we have decent owners not some muppet who think they can get europe with 5m, a dodgy caretaker manager and expect players like Ronaldinho haha HONK!!

Oh sorry I forgot you have a terrible manager that's the problem. Here's me thinking he'd won several trophies for Liverpool and helped build a Champions League winning team in the process. Sorry but you had a very good squad a year or so ago but players like BARRY and MILNER haven't been replaced... hence the decline.

So when barry left we didn't finish 6th again? Milner left and we didn't get a replacement in but still got a good enough squad. Houllier is not good enough for us hence our position simple.
