Blackburn capture Goulon

Rovers appear to have clinched the signing of former Lens midfielder Herold Goulon.

Whilst no official word has been credited anywhere, the official site has an interview with Herold about how happy he is to be at Ewood Park and is even seen posing with his new shirt.

The French free agent agreed personal terms with the club a few days ago and is free to move quicker than you can say 'bosman' as he is unattached.

The midfielder impressed Big Sam and his staff whilst on trial at the club and represents a timely boost to the squad.

Word has it that he is of the bulldog, power type midfielder with defensive capabilities.

Because we really need more of those!
