'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Roberts A Target Of Sven's

Blackburn Rovers striker Jason Roberts has been on his way out of Ewood Park for several month now and his latest linked move is to Leicester City.

Sven Goran Eriksson has admitted that Roberts is one of the names that is on his list as he looks to bring in further players after taking over as Leicester manager recently. Eriksson claims to have had several phone calls from agents that he's not heard from since leaving Manchester City and it would appear that JR's is one of them??

Players with experience are what the former England manager is looking for and Roberts fits that bill. As he needs to play football as long as he's willing to drop down to the Championship then this is a move that would benefit everyone really.

Well it seems as though JR still isn't in Sam's plans so its time to get rid of him in Jan whilst we can still get a tiny bit of cash for him.

Well worth a shot as he would be very good Leicester in my eyes...
