A quick reminder to all lazy journalists

A quick reminder to all lazy journalists

I would just like to say the following for the record -

Blackburn's Rovers Croatian striker is called NIKOLA KALINIC, Bolton's forward of the same nationality is called IVAN KLASNIC.

In at least six newspapers/websites this morning our up and coming goal getter is referred to in match reports as the man from Bolton.

I know both their surnames start with a 'K' and both teams they play for start with a 'B' but for the love of god it is not that difficult to get it right is it?

To think these idiots gets paid for their 'work'.

Well said!! it really irks me when things like this happen when that is their job. they should know all this info before the game, and it must have got past an editor as well.

It's a great point and it makes you wonder how many other mistakes are printed on a daily basis.

As long as Kalinic continues scoring, surely these papers will get his name right eventually...

What i think is wrong is wenger always complaining about us and ferguson not talking to certain media. I am a big usa sports fan aswell as a big rovers fan. But in us sports the coaches like wenger are not allowed to keep complaining about certain teams/referees etc they would get suspended? Ferguson would be forced to speak to the media. My us team got knocked out in the playoffs by a bad referee call and our manager/ coaches didnt complain in the post interview they just said it happens referee are human and will make mistakes. my point is the League should start getting tough on the likes of wenger/mancini etc. Was pleased with the result a point away is good.

They got it the wrong way for Klasnic too, this is from the BBCs minute by minute report "78:44 Nikola Kalinic takes a shot. Save by Paul Robinson." ... unless Kalinic's shot was that bad Robbo had to make the save.

Championship Cost Per Goal So Far In 2016/17

The end of the Championship campaign of 2016/17 is only a month and a bit away from fans across the country but as we go in to the remaining weeks of the campaign...

Positive Signs For Bennett

Bennett was positive of Blackburn being able to see off Lancashire rivals Preston heading into this game at Ewood Park after the Norwich and Fulham results.

Minor Graham Setback

Blackburn had to do without Danny Graham against Preston following the groin problem that forced him off against Fulham last week. He could return against Brighton next week.

Hugely Frustrating

Mowbray admitted Blackburn didn't start the game well against Preston but had then been the dominant side so was 'majorly disappointed' not to record a victory.
